• Working with a team of qualified technicians in Engine Module strip and build
• Ensure to met the quality standards set by regulatory authorities, OEM published documents and company technical and quality procedures during Module strip and build
• Working with "Streamers" to ensure the product is meeting the established TAT's.
• Compiling Strip and Build reports.
• Assist and guide Trainee Technicians to achieve better trade skills.
• Assist Production Support staff by providing early information's of impending technical problems during strip or build and suggesting possible solutions to avoid delayed TAT's.

Requirements:

• Completion of a full time apprenticeship period in Aircraft/Engine maintenance with an OEM or a reputed MRO.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Engine Module strip and build in production level in which at least 3 years in the capacity of Approved Technician with authorizations to release
• Specialized experience in RB211 series Engine High Pressure Compressor and Turbines strip and build OR Low Pressure Compressor and Turbine strip and build.
• Good knowledge of Airworthiness procedures, OEM requirements and Inspection requirements
• Experience in compiling strip and build reports.
• Experience in RB211 TRENT Series Engines will be preferred.
